A whole host of new teams have joined our Other World League. They have been merged into Tier III from various countries around the world.

However, these teams should not be underestimated! At least 16 of these teams are top flight, with good managers, skilled players, a high rating, and a history of wins behind them...

In three seasons time, I expect our I.1 league to be a much more challenging place!
